1. Purpose of the service

AutoMissed is a SaaS service that helps professionals turn missed calls into qualified leads by text message and web form. By creating an account, you accept these terms.

2. Free trial and subscription

A free 14-day trial, with no credit card, may be offered. At the end of the trial, the subscription (Essential or Pro) is billed at the price displayed at the time of subscribing, in Canadian dollars (CAD). You may cancel before the end of the trial to avoid any charge.

3. Termination

You may terminate your subscription at any time from your customer area or by contacting us. Termination takes effect at the end of the period already paid, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

4. Responsibilities

You are responsible for setting up your call forwarding, for the content of your text messages and for the processing of your customers' data in accordance with Quebec's Law 25 and applicable laws. AutoMissed provides the technical tool; business use is your responsibility.

5. Text messaging program

Program name: AutoMissed missed-call text follow-up. Description: when someone calls a business that uses AutoMissed and the call goes unanswered, that business's AutoMissed number sends them a single automated text message with a link to a short form to describe their request. A text is only sent to a number that has just called the business — never marketing, never a purchased list.

Message frequency: up to one message per missed call. Message and data rates may apply.

Help: reply HELP to a message, or write to contact@automissed.com. Opt-out: reply STOP at any time to stop receiving messages; no further message will be sent from that number.

The processing of personal data is described in our Privacy policy.
